Status:OngoingIt uses Oracle Database Express Edition 11g(XE) and Oracle Application Express (APEX 5) rapid application development tool. .Background:The Application/Project Sri Maa book sales is initially designed for Sri Sarada Math, Bangalore, The application is extended to meet the requirements of Sri Sarada Math, Dakshineswar, Ramakrishna Saradashrama, Ponnampet and Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Tirupati. The application has been in use in Sri Sarada Math, Bangalore for years 2011 to present adhering to the needs of the Math. This software (version 1.0) was adopted in Sri Sarada Math, Bangalore on June 26, 2010, Sri Sarada Math on feb 16 2013. Now we are deploying with new requirements at Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Tirupati. We, as a team of experts, offer one point of contact to design a tailor made solution that responds to Sri Sarada math's various needs in faster way. To fulfill Tirupati requirements we enhanced Ponnampet application.Scope of the Application/Project:Develop Book Sales Application which includes Book Sales and Purchases. Application can easily provide the detailed report of all the Sales and Purchase Transactions. Providing options of reports for Stock and Cash details.Brief Application Description:The Application manage the sales and purchase transaction and inventory about cash and books. System will automatically generate purchase id and sale id for each transaction. When user purchase or sale the book, system will generate receipt for transaction. For security purposes, the software completes with user management having user id and password, so that user can protect the application information from being exposed to unauthorized users. |
