 Contact Notices and Management System

CNMS is a Contact Notices and Management System. We are developed CNMS Application for Vrindaban so that they can easily store the necessary information related to their requirements. We developed this software in the month of Feb 2012 for Ramakrishna Mission Sevashrama Hospital, Vrindaban. The first notices and contact were entered on Feb 15 2012. More than 2500 notices and more than 2000 contact information were entered till date. On an average approx 10 notices and  approx 7 contact information are entered everyday. A contact manager is a software program that enables users to easily store and finds contact information, such as names, addresses and telephone numbers. They are contact-centric databases that provide a fully integrated approach to tracking of all  information and communication activities linked to contacts. Contact management system may be chosen because it  provides the advantages like if something goes wrong or not working ex if a fan is not working in a particular room then the administrative department can send notices to that particular department, so that they can see it and do the needful action.

             

With the help of this software we are providing the facility so that we can enter new notices, edit the existing notices and search any notices we want to search that is present in the database. We are introducing print option in the month of October 2012 so that they are able to take the print out of any notices they want. We give the privilege to take a Print out of notices only for some specific role so that it maintains the dignity and intrigity of the software and to make this software so secure and sophisticated.

Home Tab:  Home page is used to see the home (main) page of application.
Search Contacts Tab: Search Contacts Tab  is useful for maintaining services information and make ease for search the notices. We can search any contact information by name, phone-number, and department-wise etc. 


 Add New Contact

We can add new contact information, delete the existing contact information and edit (update) the  that is already present contact information.

 Add Notice

Notices Tab: Notices Tab is useful for adding new record, delete the existing notices, update or  make changes (Edit) in the existing record. We  are providing the privilege to add notices on the basis of their subject who is giving notices to whom and that is of which department.

 Print Report

We give the privilege to take a Printout of notices only for Admin, C-SICA and C-IPDA role, so that they can easily get a Detailed or summary level printout of notices. We are providing some filter options so that we can take print out of limited notices.
