Background:

PSAS is renamed as SRI MAA HEALTH CARE (SMHC). SMHC is a web based application, Initially designed for Ramakrishna Mission Sevashrama Hospital Kankhal, Uttarakhand.
The application is extended to meet the requirements of
of Ramakrishna Mission TB Sanatorium, Patna.
We, as a team of experts, offer one point of contact to design a tailor made solution that responds to Ramakrishna missions various needs in faster way. To fulfill Dehradun requirements we enhanced Patna application.

Now we are deploying with new requirements at Multi Speciality Eye Hospital, Dehradun. Multi Speciality Eye Hospital, Dehradun has a OPD and IPD.

Scope of the Application/Project:

Incorporate easy transitioning between manual and automated handling of patient services accounting. System can easily provide the detailed report of all the expenses of services in case of any type of medical insurance requirement. Provide role-based access control to staff in-charge to waive service charges. Handle different kind of discounts and merging of discount in the account of services. Bill generation according to the payment capability of patient at a time. Record keeping and easy Search options. Providing options of reports for Daily collections, Free patients etc.

Brief Application Description:

SMHC is a web-based application, which tracks the accounting of different services provided by a hospital, including service charges, payment details, and discounts given to the patients. We are currently dealing with Patient Registration, Ward/Emergency Registration,Services Registration, Payment, Discount, Advance, Refund and Discharge of a patient. Service Registration is depending on the type of ward patient is registered and incase of OPD patients are charged as the general ward patients. All the facilities, from OPD Registration ,services registration, partial and final billing, different kind of discounts and accounting of discounts are available in this application. The application have the potential to handle the extensive discounting process and reporting on the discount given by the hospital based on different criteria. Application is available to access over internet and hand held devices like mobile,tablets.
