Magazine Subscriber Management System (MSMS) Overview
The MSMS is a web based application which facilitates ease management of recording and analyzing the subscriber’s data. The application includes the functionalities like registering the subscriber based on the superior subscription plan, and renewing the subscription either to the same or the different subscription plan.
The upper figure shows the home page of the Magazine Subscriber Management System. The home page make visible the mission of the application, apart from managing subscriber’s data, the application also handles the agent’s and advertiser’s information. The application mainly focuses on the following task.
- Subscriber data system - manages subscriber’s data and also provides ease filtering search option.
- Agent system - manages monthly wise agent information.
- Stock Maintenance - provides the stocks information monthly wise.
- Advertiser data - manages the information regarding the advertisers.
- Collectors Receipt - manages the account collector’s information.
- College donors - this task maintains the donor’s information.
