Patient Services Accounting System-Kankhal Overview
PSAS is a web based application which provides functionality like patient registration, services registration, bill generation and several kind of discounts at different transactions, in the hospital.The PSAS home page (shown on right) includes the image of holy Trinity (Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa, Holy Mother Sarada Devi, and Swami Vivekananda), image of Ramakrishna Mission Sevashhrama Hospital, Kankhal, Haridwar and the emblem of Sarada Research Labs.
In upper figure you can see the home page of application.On the top of home page you can see the menu of the application, it is a collection of tabs.

This application is deployed at the Ramakrishna Mission Sevashram Hospital, Kankhal,Haridwar.OPD Registration and IPD Services Registration are automated supporting:

The patient
registration form shown on left allows registering a patient and it has
fields to specify the name and age of patient and according to the
problem of patient, clerk will decide the room number and doctor. The
'free' field allows waiving the registration fee. The lower part of the
form provides the edit facility for last patient registered. You can
edit the name, age and the registration fee status. Other functions are similar to this function, simple and efficient. |
Service Registration for IPD patients
The image placed below is interface for service registration for IPD and OPD Patients. On the top of image, by entering the Patient Id in the patient account region, The account of patient will open for the user. The buttons of Process region will take the user on different pages for transfer of patient from one ward to another ward, registration of different services(laboratory, Xray etc.), Due Slip and billing of the patient.
