Services and Accounting System, Vrindaban-CT Scan:Edit Feature
We are introducing edit facility only for
some specific role (ADMIN and IPDC role), so that only limited no. of
persons
who has the authority to edit the report can only edit .When we
register a
patient for CT Scan services then Patient Id , CT Scan Id and Referred
by is
assigned to that patient and status for that patient is Due and that is not editable.They can edit the
data present only in form 1 and form 2.
Patient’s
Details Form 1
| They can edit only Clinical History,
Clinical Diagnosis,
Contrast used, No.of slices taken, Complications during
the procedure, Report to, Report on. CT Scan Id, Patient Id and
referred
by are assigned at the time of registration and these are not editable.
When we filled all the information in form 1 then the status
of the CT Scan patients is awaiting. |

Patient’s Details Form 2

Impression: Four to six line report from the
radiologist.It will take few hours or 1 day.
When we filled the information in form 2
then the status of the CT Scan patients is changed
from Awaiting to Completed. |
